  • We require a credit check, rental history and stable income (usually 2x the rent). 

  • Pet policies vary by property. Please check the listing or contact us to confirm if pets are allowed and whether any pet fees apply.

  • Security deposits typically equal one month's rent but may vary by property. Details are listed in each rental ad or can be obtained from the properties leasing agent.

  • Tenants must get written approval before making any alterations. We’re happy to discuss options that won’t affect your deposit.

  • We’ll contact you before your lease ends to discuss renewal options. If you plan to move out, we’ll guide you through the move-out process, including cleaning and key return.
